Shipping Policy

All Blind House Solution products are custom-made to order. Please allow approximately 5 business days for production before your order is shipped.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Once your order has shipped, delivery time will depend on the shipping carrier and destination. Tracking information will be provided when available.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Blind House Solution is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or for delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number and photos of the damaged product and packaging.
